Pick up location

The George and Joyce Wein Jazz & Heritage Center (1225 N. Rampart Street, NOLA 70116). There is parking at the rear of the building which is also where the entrance is located. Click HERE for directions.

pick up dates and times

Community Outreach Ticket recipients can select from one of three dates to pick up tickets:

Friday, April 15th: 10am-4pm

Monday, April 18th: 10am-4pm

Tuesday, April 19th: 10am-1pm

what to bring

Upon arrival, you will need to show staff your official award email. This does not need to be printed out – it can be on your phone.

Photo ID. Staff will need to verify that you are authorized to pick up tickets. If you are not authorized to pick up tickets, tickets will be held until verification is authorized.
